Best Taken
Soak in soothing sitzbath 1-3 times a day after delivery for up to 2 weeks as irritation persists.
Suggested Use
Place 1/3 cup of herbs into a quart of boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain out herbs and add remaining liquid into a Sitztub or shallow bath (do not over-dilute). Soak 1-3 times per day after delivery.
For topical use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
