When to Use:

How to Use:
- Includes 7 oz. of soak, 1 reusable bath sachet, and a vial of essential oil (tucked inside—be sure to remove before scooping)
- For each bath, add ¼ of the soak to the sachet
- Add a few drops of the included oil to the sachet, tie closed, and place in your bath
Soak for 15–20 minutes, ideally while listening to calming music or a guided meditation. This is also a beautiful time to perform your womb massage, reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and flow.
