How to Use:
First Half of Cycle (Days 1–14):
- If your FSH is above 10: Drink 2 cups Fertile Mama Tea + 1 cup Wise Woman Tea daily
- If your FSH is above 20: Drink 2 cups Wise Woman Tea + 1 cup Fertile Mama Tea daily
- Second Half of Cycle (Days 15–Next Bleed):
- Drink 2–3 cups of B*tch’s Brew Tea daily to move Qi and blood, and support progesterone
