Most menstrual cup users are successful with a Standard Height MeLuna Cup. If you are new to menstrual cups and do not know that you have a low cervix, Standard Height is a good place to start.
Small
Size Small is primarily chosen by younger users and can make an excellent teen cup.
If you are considering Small because of a light flow, remember that the diameter must still be wide enough to create a comfortable, reliable seal.
Medium
Size Medium is a popular choice for users of all ages who have not given birth vaginally.
Do not choose Medium based only on light flow. Make sure the diameter is sufficient to create a secure seal.
Large
Size Large is commonly chosen by users who have given birth vaginally or who need additional capacity for a heavier flow.
XL
Size XL is primarily chosen by users who have had multiple vaginal births, have a very heavy flow, and can comfortably accommodate the larger diameter.

How to Use with a Menstrual Cup
- Clean and rinse your menstrual cup.
- Dissolve 1 Milton Mini Tablet for every 60 mL of cold water. For example, use 2 tablets with 120 mL of water. Let the tablets dissolve fully.
- Fully immerse the cup and release any trapped air bubbles.
- Leave the cup immersed for at least 15 minutes. Then remove it, rinse it, and let it dry completely before storing. Do not store the cup in the solution.
- Discard the solution after 24 hours. Follow the package directions for any other use and disposal instructions.
