Description
Designed for Low Cervix Comfort
MeLuna Low Cervix Shorty Menstrual Cup | Classic Firmness | Ball Handle | FDA Cleared & Registered
If regular menstrual cups feel too long, the problem may be the cup length, not menstrual cups themselves. The MeLuna Low Cervix Shorty is specifically designed with a shorter cup body for low cervix anatomy.
This model combines our shorter Shorty design with comfortable Classic firmness and our discreet Ball Handle, which adds very little additional length.
Made in Germany from medical-grade TPE, MeLuna is both silicone-free and latex-free.

Shorty cups are sized differently from Standard Height cups. They are designed for users whose vaginal canal is shorter than average or whose cervix sits close to the vaginal opening.
Shorty Small
Shorty Small is designed for users who need a cup that is both very narrow and very short. This may be related to scarring, surgery, radiation treatment, injury, or certain medical conditions.
Most low cervix users without these specific concerns will be better served by Shorty Medium, Large, or XL.
Shorty Medium
Shorty Medium is commonly chosen by users of all ages who have not given birth vaginally and have a lighter flow.
Shorty Large
Shorty Large is commonly chosen by users who have not given birth vaginally or who have had no more than one vaginal birth.
Shorty XL
Shorty XL is commonly chosen by users who have had at least one vaginal birth or who need more capacity for a very heavy flow.
Important Note About Cup Capacity
Capacity is only one part of choosing a cup. Inside your body, a cup sits at an angle and your cervix may extend into it, so usable capacity varies from person to person.
For most users, choosing a diameter that creates a reliable seal matters more than a small difference in listed volume.

Is This Cup Right for You?
Cup Height: Shorty
The shorter cup body is designed for a low cervix or shorter vaginal canal. It may be a better fit if standard-height cups feel too long, press against your cervix, sit too close to the vaginal opening, or cause discomfort.
Firmness: Classic
MeLuna Classic offers a comfortable balance between flexibility and dependable opening. It works well for most menstrual cup users and is easier to fold, insert, and remove than a firmer cup.
Classic firmness may be a good choice if:
- You are new to menstrual cups.
- You want a cup that is comfortable and easy to fold.
- You have average pelvic floor strength.
- You do not need extra firmness to prevent the cup from collapsing.
Handle: Ball
The Ball Handle stays close to the base of the cup and adds very little additional length. It works best for users who are comfortable reaching the cup base during removal.
If you have an average or high cervix, explore our Standard Height Menstrual Cups for a better fit.
