#3 Tonic Strategy (short-term) - Consistency: Tonic use is about promoting optimal health through deep, nutritive support over time. Take one serving 2-4 times a day until you reach desired milk production levels. Tonics are safe to take long term but appropriate length is unique to each individual and their health goals.
Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

- Raspberry leaf: The most notable contribution of Rubus idaeus is their nourishing properties. Raspberry leaf provides vitamin C and B, along with a number of minerals, including iron, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium and potassium.
- Fenugreek seed: Trigonella foenum-graecum has been used for centuries by breastfeeding women looking to boost their supply.
- Fennel seed: Foeniculum vulgare supports breast milk production and quality for nursing mothers.
- Goat's Rue aerials: A galactagogue, Goat's Rue is a plant native to the Middle East and Europe. When used in combination with other herbs, Galega officinalis can perform various functions, including encouraging the flow of breast milk.
- Nettle leaf: Urtica dioica, also known as Stinging Nettle is high in nutrients including Vitamins A, C, K and several B vitamins, Minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium) and all of the essential amino acids.
- Blessed Thistle aerials: When taken with other herbs, Blessed Thistle, or Cnicus benedictus, is known to support healthy breast milk supply.
