Phytoestrogens stimulate the estrogen receptors in your body, offering the most natural way to enhance your estrogen levels. The Bioidentical USP Progesterone in this formula can help hormonal balance naturally. Formulated to meet Dr. John Lee's strict criteria, each 1/4 teaspoon of Balance Plus Therapy provides 20 mg. of bio-identical progesterone and 60 mg. of phytoestrogens. Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Gel*, Cimifuga Racemosa (Black Cohosh)*, Arctium L (Burdock) Root*, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit*, Vegetable Glycerin, Silybum Marianum (Milk Thistle) Extract*, USP Progesterone (derived from Wild Yam), Trifolium Pratense (Red Clover Leaf) Extract*, Acanthopanax Senticosus (Siberian Ginseng), Chamomile Extract, Lecithin, Onagraceae (Evening Primrose) Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Vitus Vinifera (Grape Seed) Extract*, Allantoin. [*Certified Organic] Directions for Use: Dr. John Lee recommends using 20 - 40 mg. of bio-identical progesterone cream twice daily. Each 1/4 teaspoon of Balance Plus Therapy provides 20 mg of progesterone and 60 mg. of phytoestrogens. Gently massage 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon into a thin-skinned area of the body such as the neck, face, breastbone, forearms, etc. You may alternate application site. Use twice daily, morning and night. Menstruating Women: Begin on the 12th of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow.) Continue through day 26, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
