Apply adhesive side to the scar Sheets may be worn 24 hours per day for up to 7-10 days. There is no need to remove your sheet daily for washing unless desired. You may remove your sheet as desired or if stickiness diminishes and wash, dry and reapply to refresh adhesiveness. The effective silicone does not wash off during this process. Simply wash the sheet with water and a moisturizer free soap and air dry. Reapply after sheet is fully dry. Sheets are Water resistant and may be worn during showering.
