Safe to use with internal medication. BeKoool gel sheets gently adhere to your skin without tape or wraps. Just place a gel sheet wherever you want relief and it stays in place. Each sheet lasts up to 8 hours with just the right amount of cooling to maximize comfort. Ice packs cannot match the convenient cooling relief of a BeKoool gel sheet. Instructions: Cut open the pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut the gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors. Reseal the pouch to prevent the remaining gel sheets from drying out by tightly folding the pouch twice. Other information: Store in a cool place avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. May even be stored in a refrigerator for extra cooling. Do not store it in the freezer. For sanitary purposes, use each sheet only once and discard it after use. Warnings: Keep this product out of the reach of children. Use only as directed. For external use only.
