The insoles convenient 3/4 length allows your toes to move freely within your favorite footwear. One size insole fits most womens shoe sizes 6-10. HOW TO USE: Each insole is marked left and right in the arch area on the bottom. Position the insole with the fabric side up. Place the heel against the back of your shoe. Please note that the insole is designed to cover 3/4 of the length of your shoe so that your toes may move freely. It is not a full-length insole.
