Cosmopor Steril are sterile wound dressing s that function as a contact layer for wounds that is both air and water permeable for extreme protection and prevention of infection. Constructed of 100% cotton, Cosmopor Steril is non-adherent and performs well to absorb exudate for a cleaner wound bed which promotes wound healing and rejuvenation of healthy skin cells. The non-woven, flexible adhesive corner of the Cosmopor Dressing pads features rounded edges to prevent the dressing from becoming detached or sticking to contact clothing even after being wore for extended periods of time. Each Cosmopor Steril Dressing is latex-free and has a wide adhesive border that is coated with a strong, skin-friendly adhesive that is well tolerated by the skin, reducing irritation or further injury. The dressing pad contours perfectly to wound areas, is excellent for pre- and post-turf burn as it protects the skin and surrounding wound area even in damp conditions to prevent harmful contamination.
