When the alarm is sounding/light is flashing, simply move the blue handle forward to dispense medications into the medicine cup. Pills drop into the medicine cup (re-usable stainless steel dispensing cup is included) when the handle is moved forward, the alarm stops. Alarm duration is user controllable from 5 minutes to 300 Minutes. Dispensing schedule: 1 time per day - refill tray every 28 days (4 weeks) 2 times per day - refill tray every 14 days (2 weeks) 3 times per day - refill tray every 9 days 4 times per day - refill tray every 7 days (once per week). Securing Dispenser: The e-pill Medtime Station PLUS has sticky feet (or can be screwed down to a tabletop) and holds up to 18 Aspirin sized tablets per dose.
