Gericare Fiber Laxative is designed to provide gentle relief from constipation while also supporting overall digestive health. The active ingredient, Calcium Polycarbophil, is a bulk-forming laxative that works by absorbing water in the intestine to form a soft, bulky stool. This helps to stimulate bowel movements and alleviate constipation without causing harsh or sudden changes in bowel habits. Fiber Laxative 90 Count Active Ingredient: Calcium Polycarbophil 625mg. Directions: Starting dose: 2 caplets once a day, Maximum dose: 2 caplets four times a day. Purpose: Bulk-forming laxative. Inactive Ingredients: caramel, cellulose, crospovidone, hypromellose, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, mineral oil, PEG, silica, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid. May also contain calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, talc. Each caplet contains: calcium 138 mg.
