Each lozenge releases nicotine that absorbs through your mouth for fast relief from cravings and other symptoms. Designed to be discreet and convenient, these lozenges can be used on-the-go. To use, simply place lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve for 20-30 minutes without chewing or swallowing. Use 2mg nicotine lozenges if you smoke more than 30 minutes after waking up and 4 mg lozenges if you smoke within 30 minutes of waking up. Our 2 mg lozenges should be used alongside a Support Program for a full 12 weeks. To increase your likelihood of quitting smoking, use at least 9 nicotine lozenges per day for the first 6 weeks.
