Why we built it this way
Turmeric and ginger are two of the most studied botanicals in modern wellness research. But we didn't want to stop at a single isolated extract. The Ayurvedic tradition has been pairing these spices with companion botanicals for thousands of years for a reason, and we wanted that full picture in one capsule.*
What's in it, and why we chose each ingredient
Turmeric (Organic Curcuma longa) — The botanical we built the formula around. Revered in Ayurvedic practice for thousands of years and home to curcumin, one of the most studied plant compounds in modern wellness research.
Ginger (Organic Ginger Root) — Turmeric's natural companion. Included for gingerol and its long heritage of daily wellness use across virtually every traditional medical system.
Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) — Paired with turmeric in traditional preparations for centuries. Included to support the body's natural absorption of the other plant compounds in the blend.*
Cinnamon — A warming spice rich in naturally-occurring antioxidants, valued across cultures for everyday wellness support.
Ajwain (Carom Seeds) — A traditional Ayurvedic botanical containing thymol. Used for generations to support comfortable digestion — something most daily blends overlook.
