HOW TO PREPARE SOURSOP LEAF TEA
YOU WILL NEED:
• 2–3 Soursop Leaves
• 4–7 cups of fresh water
• Honey or lemon, optional
DIRECTIONS:
- RINSE THE LEAVES
Thoroughly rinse 2–3 Soursop Leaves under clean running water before preparation.
- BOIL THE WATER
Add approximately 4–7 cups of fresh water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- ADD THE LEAVES
Reduce the heat and carefully add the rinsed Soursop Leaves.
- SIMMER
Allow the leaves to simmer gently for approximately 10–15 minutes.
The color of the water may naturally change as the leaves steep.
- STRAIN
Remove the pot from the heat and strain the tea before drinking.
- ENJOY
Serve warm.
For additional flavor, add fresh lemon or a small amount of honey if desired.
