The Chirp wheel bundle comes with four-wheel rollers in different sizes--4 Focus, 6 Deep Tissue, 10 Firm, and 12 Gentle. Each wheel is designed for a range of functions. The 12 , 10 , or 6 wheel muscle roller is great for a back roll, while the 10, 6, or 4 wheels are useful for a wall roll to release back tension. The 6 or 4 wheels are used for neck massages, stretches, leg massages, IT band and glute massages, and posture support. All four wheels fit into the full-zip carrying or storage case. This bundle also includes our upper back posture trainer and corrector. The adjustable back posture corrector is worn like a backpack and comes with buckles for a comfortable and secure fit.
