Instruction for Use: Step 1 - Fill the sinus rinse bottle up to the fill line with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water. Step 2 - Pour one salt packet (2.7 gram) into the 300ml water bottle and screw on the cap tightly . Shake the nasal irrigation bottle gently to dissolve the salt. Step 3 - Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold breath. place nozzle cap snugly against one nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth. Step 4 - Repeat step 3 for the other nostril. Warm Tips 1. Please do not rinse with plain water which might result in a severe burning sensation . Suggest to use lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water. 2. Please consult your physician prior to use if you have had ear or nasal surgery. 3. Please choose the right nozzle before use.
